The EXS-40 is a lightweight, single-operator portable blast simulator designed for close-proximity tactical training and rapid deployment scenarios. Paired with the Premium Tank Set Box, the system remains fully self-contained, protected, and mission-ready — minimizing setup time while keeping equipment organized and operational.

Its compact design is ideal for CQB environments, shoot houses, vehicle scenarios, diversionary training, and confined-space operations where instructors need controlled blast effects without sacrificing mobility, safety, or realism.

Rapid Fire, Rapid Reset
The EXS-40 can be utilized in static lane training or during more complex, full scale operations. Reset time between fires is six (6) seconds while device is capable of firing more than fifty (50) times before tanks must be swapped.
Single-Man Portable
The EXS-40 is constructed from lightweight aluminum, weighing approximately 12lbs, and is equipped with an external carrying handle allowing each simulator to be easily carried and deployed by one person in any training environment.
Wired or Wirelessly Operated
All OPCON simulators use the same Power Control Box (EXS-PCB) and a universal wireless remote, enabling all devices to talk to each other.

Can be operated with a hard wired trigger or wirelessly with a line-of-sight of up to 1000ft by a single operator in a static or mobile position. All receivers act as a MESH system, further extending operational distance.
Multi-Angle Firing
Equipped with a robust bipod system, the EXS-40 can be fired from 0-90 degrees allowing for a wide array of implementations.
